What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Outdoor Lighting Perspectives?
We are looking for a responsible and eager individual to join our office. We are family owned business installing landscape lighting and Christmas lighting for over 35 years. Duties include providing support to our sales team, service team and office manager assisting in daily office needs, answering phones, scheduling and communicating with our customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as computer and office equipment.
Skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and copier
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Requirments
