Location : Seattle, WA (required)
Role : Hybrid, Full Time
Travel : 30% US, Canada
Rate : $85,000 - $125,000 DOE
About this role :
The Specialty Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with specialty retail partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the outdoor retail market. This person must bring a high level of enthusiasm for building relationships, attacking new opportunities and embody OR's brand ethos. The Specialty Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of North American Sales, VP of Sales, marketing, sales operations and external partners to achieve sales targets, enhance brand presence, and ensure customer satisfaction.
