We’re hiring a Floor Manager to lead our sales team, ensuring the store runs smoothly and customers receive the best experience possible.
Position Details Employment Type: Full Time
Reporting to: Store Manager
Job Location: On-site—Wilton, CT
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends
The Floor Manager oversees day-to-day floor operations—onboarding and training staff, building schedules, and ensuring proper staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and support daily floor operations
- Onboard and train new sales staff
- Build and manage daily staff schedules
- Lead floor meetings and set priorities
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed
- Allocate staff across departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging retail space
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of retail leadership experience (outdoor industry a plus)
- Confident in coaching staff and managing schedules
- Comfortable with retail software (training provided)
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for full shifts
- Must be available weekends, holidays, and busy periods
