Summary:
Are you a hands-on team player with a keen eye for detail? Join our dynamic warehouse team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials! As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for unloading shipments, inspecting materials, efficiently distributing them to their designated locations, and transporting materials using a company truck when necessary. Key Responsibilities:

Unload received shipments using a forklift, hand truck, or manually.

Verify packing slips against actual shipments and report any discrepancies.

Inspect all received goods per Certificate of Conformance (COC) standards and quality assurance (QA) procedures.

Identify and report non-conforming goods to the Quality and Materials Manager, ensuring proper resolution.

Label and store received materials in designated warehouse bin locations.

Transport packages and materials to the appropriate departments and return unused items to inventory when necessary.

Conduct cycle counts of raw and finished inventories as scheduled or upon request.

Operate and maintain fabric inspection/winder and slitting machines as needed.

Transport materials between locations using a company-provided truck as required.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations using Epicor Vantage software.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain a valid forklift certification and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment, hand trucks, and powered industrial trucks.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Flexibility to assist in other departments as required.
