Construction Supervisor/Crew Leader/Experienced Crew Member

We are actively seeking a Construction Supervisor/ Job-site Lead/ Experienced Crew Member. The desired supervisor/lead applicant will possess the following skills and abilities:

• 5 years experience of direct and lead construction project management from inception to completion in different construction phases (Preconstruction, Construction and Closeout phases). Manage/oversee general laborers.
• Actively engage in Staff Personal Development Plan process to develop and mentor subordinates towards a successful career with the company.
• Have corporate quality management processes. Conduct design coordination meeting with owner, designers, design assist subcontractors and project team.
• Actively engage in Staff Personal Development Plan process to develop and mentor subordinates towards a successful career with the company.
• Ability to clean and prepare construction sites
• Actively participate on internal team(s) that focus on continuous improvement of the business.
• Ability to clean and prepare construction sites

• Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
• Demands physical strength, endurance, and the ability to work well with your hands
• Must be team oriented
• Has the ability to load and unload building materials to be used in construction
• Ability to build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
• Be able to dig trenches, and backfill holes
• Be able to operate power tools and hand tools
• Be able to follow specific instructions and safety rules
• Perform a variety of duties which may change often
• Possess excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
• Able to read blueprints when needed
• Have reliable transportation and current driver's license
• Must be willing to travel up to 1 hour away for job sites.
• Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent

The desired experienced crew applicant will possess the following skills and abilities:

• Have at least 3 years of construction laborer experience of basic construction principles and methods. Preference given to seasoned carpenters, finishers, trim, and siding.
• Be a competent construction laborer, experience in siding, roofing, pool barns a plus.
• Demands physical strength, endurance, and the ability to work well with your hands and confident at heights
• Must be team oriented
• Ability to clean and prepare construction sites
• Has the ability to load and unload building materials to be used in construction
• Ability to build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures

• Be able to operate power tools and hand tools

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
