Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of landscapers and laborers to ensure the successful completion of landscape construction projects.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Interpret blueprints, design plans, and project specifications.
- Manage site preparation, grading, hardscape installation, planting, irrigation, and other landscape construction tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and proper documentation.
- Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a leadership role in landscape construction or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and operate landscape construction machinery.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
