Independently manages client facing accounts. Focus is coordinating the development of client solutions, project development, assist in developing strategic frameworks, managing timelines and delivery, and providing day-to-day contact with the client.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen client relationships and attend client meetings
- Learn the client business and become the expert in customers process: team structures, approval process, deployment system, all store operation process, line review dates, etc.
- Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
- Setup prototypes and other Innovation Center Activities
- Daily order processing
- Inventory maintenance
- Maintain Display accuracy on Custom Client Website
- Manage Client monthly financial data in Sugar for RGL
- Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs
- Verifying, correcting, and/or updating account information
- Provide accurate answers and solutions to client queries
- Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the client/vendor
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using business acquired programs
- Develop and nurture client relationship, measured by positive client feedback
- High School Diploma
- Client facing experience
- Must be detailed and organized
- Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets
- Must have strong verbal and writing skills
- Must be able to communicate and coordinate activities with all levels of the organization
- Strong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skills which includes the ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problems
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Periodic travel may be required
- Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting to file documents or store materials
- Works near and in manufacturing area
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
