Your Role
This position is responsible for Real Estate market activities including site identification, leasing, permitting, renewal lease negotiations, easement negotiations, vegetation control, variance and ordinance presentations and other related matters as deemed necessary by management.

Your Qualifications
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year.This role is also eligible for incentive compensation. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
