Your Role
Responsible for maintaining Company owned tickets within TicketManager, our preferred event and sports ticket management and reporting tool. This position supports and interacts with both internal and external customers including Executive Management, General Accounting and Sales Departments. This individual must possess the analytical skills to identify and assess issues, suggest resolutions, and follow through to completion.
Responsible for supporting projects and initiatives, which may include but are not limited to enhancements to our current online workflow process, enhancements to our online event and sports tickets management & reporting system and driving changes in policy and/or processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain users (set up and disable)
- Performs diligence on unused tickets
- Monitors cash and barter ticket activities
- Monitors under-used tickets
- Provide support and training to Requestors and Approvers of tickets
- Liaise with General Accounting
- Runs and analyze reports
- Assist and support with operational and procedural issues
- Identify process improvements
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Work comfortably in Excel to review and analyze data
- Acts as support and backup to the T&E Auditor
- Acts as support and backup to the Vendor Master
- Mandatory overtime at month end and/or as needed
Your Qualifications
- T&E and AP experience preferred.
- Experience with TicketManager, Oracle or Concur are preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Must be multi-task oriented, detail-oriented, and very organized.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
