Within the short span of twelve months, our brand achieved significant milestones, boasting over three-thousand subscribers and an extraordinary five-times industry-standard subscription rate. The Role:
As an MBA Marketing Intern at Outlines, you will have a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives and fostering our brand's growth. Working in collaboration with our Founders, you will play a crucial part in crafting and refining our marketing strategies.
This is a part-time role.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and assist in refining these strategies with advisors, investors, and the Founders.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our network of freelancers to develop compelling marketing materials, social media content, and other communication assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Social Media Optimization: Contribute to our social media strategy, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Influencer Marketing: Support the identification and management of influencer partnerships and collaborations to extend our reach and strengthen brand affinity.
- Public Relations and Media: Working with our PR agency to generate newsworthy stories and preparing media facing materials for pitching.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities with like-minded brands and organizations to expand our market reach.
- Currently pursuing an MBA or a recent MBA graduate, ideally with a focus on Marketing or a related field.
- A genuine passion for marketing, brand building, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical mindset, adept at deriving insights from data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and emerging trends.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Creative thinking and the aptitude to propose innovative marketing ideas.
- Previous experience in a venture-backed startup is advantageous and will be considered a plus.
