Key Responsibilities:
Leasing and Sales:
- : Show available units to prospective residents, highlighting the property's features and amenities, and answering questions.
- : Engage with prospective tenants to assess their needs and preferences to match them with available units.
- : Guide prospects through the leasing process, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of the lease. Facilitate all necessary paperwork.
- : Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants (e.g., social media posts, online listings, community outreach).
- : Maintain consistent and timely communication with leads, answer inquiries, and provide updates on available units and application status.
- : Actively work to convert prospects into residents by effectively addressing their concerns and facilitating the lease signing process.
Administrative Duties:
- : Keep accurate records of all interactions with prospective and current tenants, including applications, communications, and lease agreements.
- : Regularly update property listings on rental websites and the company website to ensure they are current and appealing.
- : Schedule property tours, follow-up appointments, and other necessary meetings with prospective residents. Coordinate with the maintenance team for unit readiness and showings.

Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $30 per hour.
- Bonus Structure: $200 bonus for each move-in secured by the agent.
- Work Schedule: The work schedule will depend on activity levels and leasing needs. The agent will be encouraged to make appointments with prospective residents as needed.
- Weekend Availability Required: Initially, Saturdays and Sundays will be required workdays, with flexibility based on business activity and leasing volume.
Qualifications:
