What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harvest Internship Position position at Outpost Wines?
At Outpost Wines, we are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Harvest Intern. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the harvest process, cleaning, and helping to process fruit. Depending on experience and proven capabilities, other vineyard and cellar duties may be assigned.
Our crush pad is located outside, and we work in all types of weather. During the peak of harvest, you will be expected to work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day. Lunch, snacks, and beverages are provided daily. The internship will run approximately from September to Thanksgiving with one position starting in May.
