Job Title: Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for guiding, implementing, and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Resolve employee relation issues such as employee complaints and harassment
- Training: Develop, implement, and provide information on Agency's Human Resources policies and procedures through a manual and other means
- Recruitment and Retention: Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan and directly involved in the recruiting, hiring, and termination of staff
- Benefits and Compensation: Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels; evaluate and provide guidance in the administration and improvement of benefit programs
- Diversity and Culture: Analyze company culture and provides recommendations on changes to accomplish Agency goals and objectives
Additional Functions:
- Communication and Team Management: Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate team to deliver quality services within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects
- Strategic Planning: Strategic planning and execution
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree (possibly a Master's in Human Resources)
- Experience: Minimum of five years progressive experience including management within the Human Resources department
- Certifications: HR certification, while not required, is preferred
