Job Summary :

We are seeking a full-time, organized, and professional Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a team player who is detail-oriented and can thrive in a demanding work environment. Monday-Friday 9a-5p

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update the ADP Payroll system for accurate payroll processing.
• Gather and analyze timecards for bi-weekly payroll utilizing the ADP Payroll system.
• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, pay rates, and deductions.
• Track and report accrued vacation, sick, personal, and holiday days for full-time employees through bi-weekly spreadsheets for management review.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with the Agency's company policies and regulations.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
• Prepare payroll journal entries to record payroll allocations, adjustments, benefits, etc.
• Analyze benefit invoices / statements from vendors and submit to accounting for payment.
• Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Support the Payroll Director with additional tasks as needed.
