What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Agent position at Outreach Program Services of America?

Outreach Program Services of America is a nation wide Outreach Organization currently servicing 12 states, with 200 Outreach Representatives helping over 25k families every month get access to resource programs.
What we do:
Through community engagement we educate and assist the people In need, with their application process for the Affordable Connectivity Program.
Mission:
We believe that resources and education empower people. We are on a mission to help the community and those in our organization access both.
Process:
As an Outreach Agent you will help the applicant with their application which takes approximately (10) minutes. You will do simple data entry and ensure they get approved for the assistance they qualify for.
Who can apply:
- Must be 18 yrs old.
- Pass a background check.
- Preferred Customer service and Sales experience.
- Positive thinker, good communications skills, goal oriented.
- Must have Transportation and access to internet (cellphone, tablet, laptop)
Expectations:
- Full-Time vs Part Time : 30 weekly hour commitment to the opportunity.
- Accountability and Discipline with elected hours and communication.
- Quota: Help ( 30) families a week

Compensation:
Weekly Pay Weekly Bonuses Daily CASH!
- Agents receive compensation for processing approved applications along with handing over a federal program device.
- Pay is weekly cash daily; with weekly bonuses being provided and opportunities to grow and lead.
- Each application takes approximately (10) minutes to qualify for approval.
- Outreach Agents choose their service platform: outdoor marketing, store front setups, events, churches, food banks, section 8 housing, online lead gen, etc...
- We also have locations that can be provided if available.
- Outreach Agents will be provided with hands on training, location assistance, shirts, badge, banners, tents, devices, flyers, forms, many more etc...
Program Insight:
The (ACP) Affordable Connectivity Program was designed to help low income families and individuals on government assistance receive free and/or discounted products and services.

People receiving the following benefits qualify:

- Free Lunch Program
- Supplement Security Income (SSI)
- Child Health Plan
- Low Income Housing Assistance
- Program (LIHEAP)
