Responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while cultivating and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales targets for the OUTRIGGER Kauai Beach Resort. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a strong client base, a proven track record, and a solid reputation in the upscale hotel sector. Take a proactive approach to sales, seeking new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships, while also nurturing existing OHG Resorts clients through a deep understanding of strategic selling. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments and properties, utilizing the commercial business unit structure to meet group sales goals. This role requires an in-market presence on property.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Comparable technical training and five (5) years’ previous Sales experience within the Travel Industry is required. Must have a working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Delphi.
