Outten Chevrolet, Inc of Allentown, PA is looking for an Office Manager for our dealership. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing car deals, submitting incentives, reconciling the morning deposit, etc. for our Sales, Service and Parts departments, daily bank reconciliations and postings, Automate experience a plus, end of month processing, all aspects of HR and payroll and anything else delegated by management. Prior experience in accounting, etc. are desired, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others and multi-task proficiently. The hours for the position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with an hour break each day. An ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
