We are seeking an ambitious cybersecurity leader who will assume a pivotal cross-functional position at OutThink and help us with achieving two goals: (1) continue to build the best AI-native human risk management (HRM) platform and practice (HRM framework) for cybersecurity teams and their organizations; (2) support key go-to-market initiatives as we continue to build our position as the world's leading human risk management solution.
What you’ll do
- Collaboratively lead initiatives on core products, features and drive improvements. We're a product-led organization and invest heavily in R&D to ensure we take the best solutions to CISOs, Security Awareness / GRC leaders and their teams. You will represent the voice of the customer and work in close collaboration with product & engineering teams to guide and advocate for new features and improvements.You'll maintain a high bar for quality and relevancy to the core enterprise customers we serve today and those we will serve in the future. A key part of this will include ongoing customer, product and user research initiatives to ensure we have actionable insights.
- Support sales cycles. Building trust and credibility with enterprise organizations is important in our space. You'll work hand-in-hand with our commercial teams to support our most exciting opportunities and ensure we can position OutThink's value proposition and product in a way that aligns to our prospects' needs, and articulates a transformation journey from legacy SAT to Adaptive SAT and to HRM.
- Brand initiatives and thought-leadership. You'll proactively partake and lead initiatives that put OutThink on the path to becoming synonymous with human risk management. This will include managing key industry analyst relations, active participation in OutThink conference attendance and roadshows, as well as producing high quality thought-leadership and blog content that helps build awareness and educates on pertinent human risk management challenges.
- External (partner) and internal (GTM) enablement. OutThink operates with a partner-first go-to-market motion. A key role will be in educating our new and existing GTM colleagues and partners on positioning the OutThink product.

- Seasoned cybersecurity leader. You may be a cybersecurity leader within a large enterprise organization with 10 years experience. Ideally you've previously or currently serve as a CISO, Head of Security GRC or Head of Security Awareness in an enterprise organization and looking for a unique opportunity to leverage your experience in a unique capacity.
- Innate passion for human risk management and the human-centric security. We firmly believe that effective human risk management starts with putting the human at the center of security operations. You'll need to aligned to this belief in order for us to collectively realise our mission and strategy as a company.
- Proven academic or other excellence. You have a strong educational foundation and can demonstrate a track record of exceptional performance - whether that be academics, sport, professional, or another domain of interest. Ideally, you have a degree in a technical, numerate or semi-numerate discipline (e.g. computer science, engineering).
- Collaborative working style. We value getting things done over rigid processes so you will work well with others, knowing when to get consensus and when to push for closure with decisiveness. You’re an effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role will require the highest levels of effective cross-functional collaboration across product, go-to-market and operations in order to succeed.
