Job Title: Safety Companion
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift Information: Days and Evenings with Weekends needed
Address: Syracuse, NY
Safety Companion providing constant observation of a patient who is a safety or suicide risk.
Duties:
Must have BLS Certification. Must be able to perform basic patient care such as ambulation, toileting, skin care and mouth care as needed. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with team providing updates to the nurses as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Assisting with ADLs: 1 year (Required)
- Safety Companion: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
