As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee daily operations of the facility and ensure that Ovations high standards of care and service are being met. You will also work with staff and other leaders in making sure Ovation meets all federal, state and local regulations and lead in surveys and responses. This is a key leadership role and includes financial performance management, strategic planning and budgetary involvement.
The best candidates will have an active NHA Licensure in the state of Wisconsin and at least five years of experience working in long term care.
