About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to handle lemon law claims from start to finish. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong customer service background and a passion for client advocacy. The Case Manager will guide clients through the lemon law process, negotiate with vehicle manufacturers, and manage documentation to ensure successful case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate lemon law claims from beginning to end.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, explaining the lemon law process and case details to clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, dedicating 2 hours per day to client calls.
- Collect and review necessary documentation and case files.
- Coordinate with vehicle manufacturers to negotiate settlements and finalize case agreements.
- Handle settlement documentation and manage fund collections.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of work experience or Certified Paralegal.
- Experience: 3 years in customer service, sales, negotiation, law firm work, or a combination in an office environment.
- Skills:
- Strong professionalism in both phone and email communication.
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and motivated, as this role includes performance-based pay.
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
- High level of customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
