We have a Full-Time opportunity available for a Regional Director of Recruiting to join us in Ohio.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional healthcare industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven recruitment experience in high volume environment preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work evenings/weekends.
- Available for overnight travel as needed.
Provides recruitment support to regional management teams by referring qualified applicants for identified open positions. At the discretion of the Regional Director of Recruiting, leads will be obtained through various methods of recruitment activities, including but not limited to; electronic postings, social media, email, cold-calling, attendance at local and state recruitment events, direct mail, and postings at schools and universities. The overall objective is to consistently exceed monthly placement goals.
