Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Imaging and Deployment: Perform imaging and deployment of laptops, desktops, and tablets, ensuring all devices are configured according to company standards.
- Hardware Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and tablets, including component replacements and upgrades.
- Onsite Support: Deliver onsite hands and feet support.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support, and by communicating clearly and professionally with end-users.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT systems and services.
We need to find someone who has some experience working individually on site.
Primary role will be end user devices support, stock management onsite and service now experience on working on Incidents and service requests.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.44 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
