What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Technician position at TEKsystems?
*Description*
Looking for a desktop technician to join their IT team in Kokomo, Indiana. This will be start as a long term contract for at least 12 months. You will be supporting a user base of business users and engineers that work on engines and electrification processes for their vehicle transmission systems. This will be providing overarching L2 & L3 type support as they have a level 1 team that handles basic helpdesk issues. These technicians provide hands on support to a variety of users and are expected to have great customer service skills with the users. Additionally - they will be providing remote support where it makes sense and also helping out with different projects across the sites as they occur.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
