About The Role

Responsibilities Of The Office Manager
The responsibilities below will primarily be in support of our Minneapolis office, but anything that can be supported remotely will also be required for our Chicago and New York offices.

For this position, our compensation ranges from $23 - $27 hourly.

Responsibilities Of The Office Manager
The responsibilities below will primarily be in support of our Minneapolis office, but anything that can be supported remotely will also be required for our Chicago and New York offices.
- Coordinate client visits, including parking passes, catering, and conference room setup.
- Greet and escort visitors from the lobby to their destination.
- Build and maintain positive working relationship with building managers across all three of our office locations (Minneapolis, Chicago, New York)
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors for office repairs and improvements.
- Ensure all equipment, such as coffee machines and ice machines, receive scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure all areas, including copy/print rooms, kitchens, and storage areas, are labeled, well-organized, and tidy.
- Monitor day porters to ensure all tasks are completed, including plant watering and fridge clean-outs.
- Keep snacks, drinks, and other office supplies in stock and distributed to needed locations within the office.
- Partner with event planners to manage and execute special events, including holiday parties, all-staff meetings, etc.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages to employees.
- Partner with the swag committee to manage ordering, receiving, and distribution of company swag.
- Assist with building access and desk setup for new hires
- Manage parking passes for employees and guests, including new employee access and terminated employee recovery.
- 1 years of office administration experience
- Experience working independently to drive efforts from start to finish
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for keeping things well organized and tidy
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle a variety of problems
