Based in Lake Forest, California, our Account Management team works virtually with more than 1,200 U.S. clients to provide a full suite of digital marketing services and software, performance metrics and strategic recommendations to maximize their business growth. Position Overview

The Digital Account Manager role requires a service-oriented professional who is an excellent communicator and can adapt their approach to serve a wide variety of client personalities and digital competencies. This person naturally excels at relationship-building, earning trust, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and digital marketing expert to manage multiple franchisee accounts, ensuring each location maximizes its digital marketing potential while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, quick to learn, and skilled at collaborating with peers to solve problems and generate new ideas. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Strategic Growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned franchisees, ensuring effective communication and high-quality service delivery.
  • Build lasting relationships with franchisees and their teams, actively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support client retention and business growth.


Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Manage the execution of local (T3) campaigns by coordinating with the Performance Team and Billing, ensuring that initiatives align with regional goals and corporate brand standards.
  • Oversee project timelines and stakeholder communications using OTT’s business management tools.


Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Proactively analyze digital advertising data and campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct live presentations (via Zoom/Google Meet) to clearly communicate performance metrics, organic ranking insights, and strategic advice tailored to each franchisee’s goals.


Issue Resolution & Support

  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Development and Tech Support) to resolve platform inconsistencies or technical issues.


Billing & Administrative Oversight

  • Manage billing-related tasks, including updating budgets and generating invoices, while coordinating with the billing team to ensure accuracy and transparency.
What We're Looking For...
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or franchise marketing, working directly with clients.
  • Strong expertise in local digital advertising strategies, local SEO, and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, Google Ads, and performance monitoring platforms. Experience with DOMO is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze digital advertising KPIs and derive performance insights for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive recommendations via Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or email.
  • Strong project management, time-management, and task prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-account environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to pivot comfortably with objectives, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to overcome objections.
  • Experience in franchise, multi-location, or local business marketing is a plus.
  • Google Ads Certification within the first 3 months of employment.
