Position Overview:
As a Sales Rep, you will generate leads, consult with homeowners, and close sales for roofing and exterior projects. This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential. You control your schedule and success, making this a perfect opportunity for self-driven individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Conduct roof inspections.
- Educate homeowners on potential storm damage and available solutions.
- Present and close sales using a proven sales process.
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims when applicable.
- Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (storm restoration, roofing, construction, home improvement, etc).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with homeowners.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Smartphone or tablet for customer presentations and CRM use.
- Valid US driver's license.
