Marine Parts Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting our sales and service operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, providing knowledgeable information about marine parts and accessories.
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate for customer and repair shop needs.
• Check in daily shipment of parts and accessories from UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries.
• Support and collaborate with Sales & Service department.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Uphold company standards in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or automotive service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with marine diagnostics and service processes is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with others.
• MUST be able to work Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 45 per week
