DEPARTMENT / LOCATION : Plant 1 Production
Overhill Farms is a leading custom manufacturer of high quality prepared frozen foods, serving customers in the branded retail, private label and foodservice sectors. We provide a one-stop solution that offers new product development or precise replication of existing recipes as well as product manufacturing and packaging. Our custom product lines include poultry, meat and fish specialties, pastas, soups, sauces, certified organic and vegetarian offerings. These can be prepared as entres, plated meals or bulk-packed meal components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned :
- Opening bags dirty man
- Moving totes
- Preparing pumps for ingredients
- Dropping sauce
- Checking on sauce while sauce makers are on break.
- Annotating information from the sauce
- Must understand how to operate kettles as there are times the sauce maker is on break and the helper needs to know how to hold the temperature and start the cooling process.
- Must check on sauce to make sure it is in the proper steps.
- Prebatch sauces.
- Filter sauce
- Lift / carry up to 50lbs
