Position Description
From April 1 – October 1, the Overlake Pool and Courts are open and in use for member reservations, lessons, and other events. The Recreation Facilities Staff Members are responsible for taking care of these facilities in both functionality and cleanliness. Hours are primarily in the morning flexible between 6 and 9am with additional hours throughout the day depending on events and projects.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Maintain and upkeep recreational equipment and amenities.
- Set up and break down equipment for recreation events and activities.
- Operate small machinery such as power washers, leaf blowers, and pool vacuums.
- Assist with regular maintenance on the Pool pump and chemical feeding system.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to acquire.
- Familiarity or experience with private club culture, practices, and environment.
- Experience with aquatic and racquet facility maintenance preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
