Clinical Education Department
Job Summary:
Provides coordination and clerical support for staff and operations of the Clinical Education department including registration, communications, compliance tracking and reporting. Support person for systems applications (API, Document Management, LMS, intranet site). Job duties are conducted in a manner which includes excellence in customer service and a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
.8 FTE (48 hour bi-weekly pay period)
8 hr shifts

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: AA degree preferred. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
Experience: Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required. Familiarity with hospital/healthcare industry desired.
Special Training/Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate level of computer skills including Microsoft office. Comfortable learning new systems applications. Organized; meets deadlines, able to multi-task and a self-starter, recognizing work to be done prior to being asked. Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and maintain high degree of confidentiality required.
