POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing established Steps of Service to ensure that each resident and guest receives both gracious and efficient service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform established Steps of Service to ensure that each resident and guest receives gracious and efficient service.
- Practice good time management skills to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Handles and serves food in accordance with all HAACP guidelines and sanitation standards.
- May operate cash register and point of sale software.
- Other roles and responsible as assigned by the Dining Room Manager.
- This position is an essential worker position. It is required candidates are available to work during inclement weather and other high priority events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- No experience necessary.
- High school diploma or GED - preferred
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.
- Desire to work with an older population in an Assisted Living and Long-Term Care facility.
- Ability to push a cart full of trays/meals to the different floors and residence areas.
