In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings and drive relevant organic traffic to our website. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SEO best practices, is familiar with industry tools and techniques, and has a proven track record of driving organic search growth. $45,000 - $60,000 incentives & benefits.

- Develop and implement high-level SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements
- Develop and implement link building strategies
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm updates
- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage three websites
- Relevant certification or degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
