OUR OPPORTUNITY
The Roof Inspector (RI) is responsible for pricing and selling those jobs assigned to them, as well as several support activities. This position requires accuracy, persistence, perseverance, a willingness to learn, and a high degree of integrity and responsibility. A RI must have the ability to provide quick turnaround of tasks, work well under pressure, manage time and priorities well, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers. A RI must also have the ability to work independently, maintain confidential information, be a team player, make decisions requiring independent judgment, and interpret and apply applicable policies, regulations and rules.
REQUIREMENTS
You’ll bring :
- Prior sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge of roofing principals and roofing sales
- Willingness to work as a team player
- Valid Driver’s License and have access to a vehicle able to carry ladders
- Competitive spirit and excellent communication skills
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Perform roof and property inspections
- Detail Oriented
