This role will have occasional on site expectations. Job Description: Identify and resolve operational issues within marketplace channels. Follow and create internal processes to ensure data accuracy. Gather, clean, report, and interpret marketplace data rapidly and thoughtfully. Advise on best practice for product page optimization to win the buybox. Manage operation of advertising accounts and optimize for ACoS and daily budget. Report findings, recommendations, and conclusions resulting from analysis. Analysis of large-scale data using SQL, BigQuery and related tools. Lead in achieving specific sales and growth targets through retail execution and promotion planning. Establish and maintain business channel relationships for Marketplaces. Design and analyze experiments to generate actionable outcomes. Lead and advise management with the deployment of new innovations, practices, and processes. Communicate with the team and departments, including email and phone correspondence, as well as occasional in-person meetings Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management. Job Requirements: 2-3 years experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, or Ebay) Experience operating CPC ad campaigns and optimizing for RoAS. Expert Excel skills required - vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, VBA. Experience with ChannelAdvisor, Salsify, Commercehub strongly preferred. Solid understanding of all marketing levers that drive ecommerce growth. Familiarity with HTML, image formats, and bulk uploads. Experience working with large datasets. SEO experience and marketplace product page optimizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Familiar with remote work softwares (Zoom, MS Teams). Effectively communicates through multiple channels. Ability to work in a high-stress environment. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Analytical problem-solving skills.
