Vehiclebuyers.com is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as an Booker. In this role your primary responsibility will be to handle and close the incoming leads and if you have free time you can find and network cars from private sellers from online channels such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Cars.com, Cargurus.com, Offer Up, Autotrader.com and more. Additionally, there will be the need to follow up with incoming, organic web leads.
LOCATION: Lewisville, TX with the opportunity of working remote from home.
Specifically, as a Booker, you can expect to:
- We are looking for an individual that can overcome objections and close the deal every time.
- Make 50-60 phone calls daily
- Set appointments for the 'Buyers' within their territory
- Acquire Vehiclebuyers.com inventory from a variety of online platforms/auctions using analytical decision-making.
- This will require you to book out vehicles and actively look for leads in all private party listing platforms, as well as follow up with incoming organic leads.
- Training will be provided but experience is a plus.
- Be able to negotiate prices with customers given by management.
- Being able to navigate through a CRM and now how to update information within a database
- Strong negotiation, ability to close a deal.
The qualifying candidate must be analytically oriented, demonstrate an interest and understanding of the automotive industry, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, organized, self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of SALES, Call Center, telemarketing, retail and/or buying experience.
- Training provided on this element of the business for the right candidate.
- B2C sales experience a plus. This position requires negotiation skills to secure deals.
- Self sufficient with CLOSING deals.
Compensation:
- Commision Volume Bonus
- Total Average Compensation - $30,000 – $75,000 a year variable comp
- Bonus program for high producers. Commissions are not capped with a very aggressive bonus program.
