As Overtime’s IT Support Specialist, you will be working out of our Dumbo, Brooklyn office
and help support our day-to-day IT operations. You will provide timely resolution to service requests, ensuring the company continues to operate as efficiently as possible. Though based in NYC, this role could potentially include travel to our other offices/facilities a few times per year.

What You'll Do
You’ll work most closely with our Operations & Technology Associate Manager to help support day-to-day IT operations, which includes the following and more;
- Connect with everyone at OT - support teammates across all departments, both in-person and remote, with their requests in a friendly, time-sensitive manner.
- Support user lifecycle/change management - assist in setting up software accounts, preparing equipment, managing desk set-ups, updating inventory, maintaining accurate logs/record of changes and other day-to-day activities of the IT department.
- Inventory/hardware management - assist in managing relationships with vendors and own inventory of supplies, ensuring we have available stock of the right equipment to support existing staff and new hires.
- Assist in maintaining account access to tools across all departments; issuing and revoking credentials, tracking account access needs, and cost tracking.
- Guide and introduce new tools and software across the organization as needed
- Help educate staff on equipment maintenance and best practices to increase longevity.
- Conduct periodic reviews of software and technology services to minimize incidents and maintain a log of known issues and solutions
- 10% of your job includes pitching new ideas related to improving IT operations, internal communication, and more -- and then making them a reality!
- Strong level knowledge of Apple products and Mac OS required, knowledge of Kandji is a huge bonus!
- Proficient in various technology and software tools, especially with Google Workspace (including Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office applications, document storage, and video-conferencing systems
- Network and/or systems experience a plus
- Hyper organized - you’re meticulous about order and managing details
- Love to multitask - you're able to manage priorities and you're eager to work on multiple projects at a time
- You're a DOER - you're a proactive problem solver and believe no task is too small when it comes to helping the company and the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Flexibility to adjust to new tasks as company or IT needs change
- You’re willing and able to work on-site in the NYC office Monday through Friday
- May require lifting boxes 10-20 lbs

Salary : $65,000 - $69,000
