Revenue Operations Specialist
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing all sales dashboards across Overtime’s CRM (Salesforce)
- Assist with the monthly revenue reconciliation for all company Brand Partnership revenue
- Update processes to improve and simplify pipeline visibility for sales leadership on regular cadences
- Support sales leadership with optimizing field entries in Salesforce for improved visibility to regional leadership
- Prepare quarterly retrospective sales data for further analysis
- Assist in building materials for Head of Revenue Operations to present for monthly and quarterly meetings
- Assist in yearly budget across account creation and management with sales leadership
- Work with sales leadership on semi-regular account and agency spend analysis
- Manage overall pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and external sales data reports
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- 4 years of professional experience within sales reporting and dashboard creation
- Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency is required
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas) is required
- Media experience is preferred
- Self-starter, motivated by finding proactive solutions
- Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Overtime expects the annual base salary for this position to be approximately $85-95K, in addition to benefits, paid time off, and equity in the company. This role is hybrid, working out of our Brooklyn office 3-4 days a week.
