We’re on the hunt for a legendary Planning Lead to join our growing team and take Overwolf’s media planning and packaging to the next level.

In this role, you will develop and manage strategic media planning initiatives, rate cards, ad product go-to-market strategies, packaging, and commercialization efforts that strengthen our media offerings. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products stand out in the market with distinctiveness, feasibility, and effectiveness.

Beyond strategy, you will play a key role in revenue optimization, audience insights, and RFP responses. If data flows through your veins and strategic innovation haunts your sleep at night, this is your chance to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize ad products by creating and refining advertising packages that align with market needs and competitive positioning
  • Manage rate cards and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and maintain profitability across all media offerings
  • Lead strategic media planning and RFP responses to ensure compelling, data-driven proposals that align with client objectives
  • Oversee P&L and margin management by optimizing pricing, packaging, and performance to achieve target margins
  • Leverage audience insights and business intelligence using platforms like GAM, GWI, and Comscore to enhance targeting capabilities and improve ad effectiveness
  • Define and articulate Overwolf’s unique value proposition for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and impactful market positioning
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge resources to support the sales team and advertising operations with up-to-date industry insights and best practices
  • Tame and nurture our vast array of mythical beasts, ensuring their hunger for flesh is always sated

Requirements:

  • 7 years in media planning or digital advertising
  • Ability to craft impactful media plans and RFP responses
  • Strong knowledge of media pricing, packaging, and strategy
  • Excellent communication and market positioning skills
  • Skilled in GAM, GWI, Comscore, and data analysis
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Lightning-fast reflexes and expert-level dodging skills
