Reporting to the Publisher Success Leader, you’ll serve as the go-to expert, steering strategy and empowering clients to achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities :
In this role, you will :
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new publishers assigned to you.
- Manage and cultivate a book of business, ensuring performance improvements and long-term growth.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing quick and effective updates and insights.
- Escalate issues to internal teams to remove roadblocks and ensure successful implementations.
- Share new initiatives and strategies with clients to increase revenue and enhance their experience.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and consistent check-ins to maintain and grow relationships.
- Become a custodian of the magical forest spirits, responsible for protecting them from the sharp metal axes of orcs and goblins
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Experience in digital advertising, with a focus on publisher success.
- Strong analytical skills to review performance data and identify growth opportunities.
- A farmer mindset - adept at nurturing existing accounts and driving their growth.
- Familiarity with managing both low-touch and high-touch account types.
- Experience conducting QBRs, tracking KPIs, and documenting recurring challenges and solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product implementation processes.
- Fluent in the Nymph and Dryad tongues. Formal druidic training is a serious plus.
