Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm, pleasant receptionist and client care coordinator to join our team at Oviedo Med Spa. The ideal candidate will offer a superior level of customer service to current and prospective clients and be friendly, warm and kind. We are looking for someone who can answer calls, check clients in and out, convey information clearly and concisely, follow up with patients and is great at selling. They must be a team player and be willing to help out where needed. It is a bonus if employee is certified in phlebotomy. We are looking for both part time and full time employees. Please indicate which position you are able to fulfill. This is a great opportunity for new estheticians looking to gain experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking systems
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Provide cross-coverage where needed
- Manage client inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, or in-person
- Know our services and products well and be great at sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Assist in record-keeping for patients, including Alle/Aspire points as well as scanning necessary documentation
- Comfortable taking photos and videos for our social platforms as well as before and after photos
- New member sign-up, member transfers & member cancellations
- Work at med spa events, as needed
- Consult with clients regarding their goals & educate them on available treatment options
- Assist inejectors or aestheticians when needed
- Possibly administer Semaglutide and B12 injections
- Prep for treatment(s) and procedures
- Comfortable with promoting injectables (botox/filler)
- Cleaning and disinfecting rooms before, after, & between clients
- Stocking products
- Washing/Drying/Folding Laundry for Spa
- Encourage Google Reviews
Qualifications/Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- A passion for the aesthetics industry
- Upbeat & positive attitude!
- Punctuality & reliability is a must
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive & professional way with clients & co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize & problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior & language
- Must be 18 years of age or older
