Overview:
Exciting opportunity to work with Dr. Mark Lobanoff and Dr. David Whiting at our new world-class refractive surgery and specialty lens clinic.
OVO LASIK LENS houses the only dual-LASIK surgical suites and the first in-office iOR surgery suites in the mid-west for cataract and specialty lens based surgeries.
Located in the beautiful brand new Xchange Medical Building on 394 and Park Place, OVO LASIK LENS occupies a majority of the first floor space. Expansive floor plans, stunning design elements, and employee-friendly works spaces lend to a high-quality employment experience for team members.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Being the first point of contact and professional representation for OVO.
· Greeting scheduled patients at reception desk and welcoming them into our space.
· Scheduling patient appointments via phone and online communication within the OVO Patient Communication Center.
· Educating patients about LASIK, PRK, cataract and specialty lens eye surgery.
· Taking insurance information and payment for cash based procedures.
· Triaging patient questions and assisting in managing patient/doctor communications.
· Assembly of OVO patient materials and clinic supplies.
· Managing organization and cleanliness of OVO lobbies, refreshments stations and reception areas.
· Some lifting (approximately 30 lb.) and active bending.

Experience And Education:
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer related services
Background in eye care beneficial by not required
