DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist with the development and implementation of the company's digital communications strategies Maintain accurate information on company's social media, website, mobile app, ticket platforms, and third-party digital sitesCoordinate and implement marketing content plan (e.g. website, blogs, social media, and e-blasts)Maintain a strong online company voice providing engaging, timely information to guestsUse automation software to coordinate and manage campaignsUtilize tracking and reporting programs to measure the success of digital campaigns; provide timely reports as directed by ManagementAssist with development and execution of company's online reputation management programContinuously research, monitor, and implement marketing best-practices to enhance the digital user experienceWork with internal team and external agencies to ensure brand consistencyAdvance multiple projects simultaneouslyPossess a passion for staying up to date with industry-leading software and technology to identify market trends and recommend strategy changes to improve customer engagementSuggest and implement digital marketing tactics to increase profitabilityAssist with photography and digital coverage of on-property and off-property eventsAll other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or related fieldA minimum of three years of digital marketing experience organizing multiple social, web, and email marketing campaigns in a professional work environmentProficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, CSS, Word Press, web-based / social media content management system, and video editing softwareExperience with digital marketing campaigns for a tourism driven property is preferredDemonstrated visual communication skills and digital design expertiseTech-savvy with an ability to master software easily Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysAble to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditions
