Your day as a HR CoordinatorAs a Full-Time HR Coordinator at Owen Health Care in Vauxhall, NJ, you will play a vital role in enhancing our organizational culture through effective employee management and engagement. This position entails handling all aspects of new hire onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance through payroll and insurance providers. You will tackle benefits-related inquiries, assist in resolving issues while fostering positive employee relations, and maintain I-9 files.
Additionally, you will support the recruitment process by performing reference checks and managing candidate communications. Conducting audits of payroll and benefits programs will be part of your responsibilities, as well as coordinating training sessions and preparing performance reviews. You will work closely with the Director of Services to organize HR activities, maintain employee records, and produce insightful reports on HR metrics.
