Job Title: Powder Coat Painter
Location: NPF Finishing- Casselton, ND
Employment Type: Full Time M-TH 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with OT as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
- Mix and apply powder coating materials using spray guns and other specialized equipment.
- Operate and maintain powder coating systems, ovens, and other machinery.
- Ensure proper thickness, coverage, and finish quality, adhering to specified standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and durability requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Help in the paint line loading or unloading parts as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Powder Coat Painter or in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating powder coating equipment; understanding of coating processes and quality standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
