Senior Project Manager Business Development

Join a Strong-standing Engineering Firm in Philadelphia that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Business Development within the AEC Sector.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
• Team Coordination: Host regular project meetings with team members and managers to ensure alignment and progress
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, implementing corrective measures as needed
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project components
• Quality Control: Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards
• Business Development: Assist in creating project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools

Additional Requirements:

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs
• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
