Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage a variety of HR functions in coordination with HR contractor.
- Process payroll in coordination with payroll service.
- Manage client billing functions of the firm
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping.
- Oversee bank accounts, approve debits, assist in deposits, and update ledger as needed.
- Assist with tax matters such as providing reports to CPA and filing 1099s.
- Manage insurance policies, dues, and yearly filings.
- Prepare reports for management from financial software programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- One year of HR experience preferred.
- General knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
- One year of law firm experience in an administrative position preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Working knowledge or experience with LegalMaster and/or ProLaw beneficial.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- The noise level in the work environment is typical of a law office and is usually low to moderate.
- Movements including but not limited to prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching are required.
- Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; talk; see; and/or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at all times.
