The Asphalt Integration Lead – is an individual contributor role in the Asphalt organization and is responsible for executing key strategic initiatives for the Owens Corning (OC) Asphalt business through a combined focus on sourcing, commercial, and analytic capabilities under the direction of the Asphalt Business Development Leader.

Job Responsibilities
Tank Strategy Management – executing on the tank strategy, internally and third-party, for Owens Corning to deliver best in class supply security.
- Contract management and negotiation of existing third-party terminals and internal terminaling agreements
- Financial reporting for terminals in long-range planning and operations plan business cycles
- Monitor North America regional tank terminal landscape for value creation opportunities
- Using analytics and market intelligence, build credible business plans and recommend and drive decision making on internal and external tank opportunities; work cross-functionally to execute on the tank strategy
- In partnership with key stakeholders, develop annual asphalt winterfill viewpoint, strategies, and implementation plan
- Establish project milestones and metrics in accordance with stakeholder requirements; identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Balance tankage opportunities with annual working capital and budget targets
- Financial reporting for shingle diversion efforts in long-range planning and operations plan business cycles
- Monitor shingle diversion efforts and trends in North America
- Conduct end-market research for shingle diversion efforts
- Perform Ad-hoc analytics to support shingle recycling site selection
- Provide decision support to asphalt sourcing and commercial teams thru financial modeling, business case analysis and financial / management reporting
- Influence key strategic business for the asphalt organization through data analytics and market intelligence; defend with data
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain / sourcing, or a related field
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of sourcing and sales operations
- Project management that drives impact, strong results and leads change
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated analytical ability
- Strategic thinking; leading and developing strategic plans in a complex business environment
- Developing strong customer / external relationships and partnerships
- Gaining alignment, developing, and leading strategies throughout an organization
- Project management and change management
