To succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing complex technical projects. A background in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field is required, as well as 3 years of project management experience in R&D and/or manufacturing environments. Fluency in English is essential.
