As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to build and maintain advanced laboratory capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key research areas, and managing technical project execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to build and maintain advanced laboratory capabilities
- Partnering with program leaders and BU R&D teams to identify and prioritize key research areas
- Managing technical project execution, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management
- Fostering innovation through collaboration with external partners, universities, and research firms
Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing complex technical projects. A background in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field is required, as well as 3 years of project management experience in R&D and/or manufacturing environments. Fluency in English is essential.
